I recently had Citywide out to my property to help me restore power back
into parts of my house that did not have anything working
properly. The customer service representatives were very patient
with me when I was describing my problems and answered all
the questions I had prior to sending out a technician. They
told me the technician would be at my property within an hour
to and hour and half and sure enough I got a knock on my door
within that hour. The technician explained to me in terms
that were very understandable and got to the job after a price
was set. He fixed the problem and everything was up and running
as it should be. The service from the electrician was great
and he assured me that if the problem were to come back that
he would be back out to take a look at it again and fix whatever
else that we would need. I highly recommend this company to
anyone and I know from now on when a light goes off or when
an outlet has no power going to it Citywide will be the only
company at my house.

I am very pleased with how professional and caring the electrician was
who came to my residence. I am an elderly woman who was having
a hard time with going up the stairs to my bedroom because
there were no lights in my hallway. I contacted Citywide Electric

electrician provided me a very reasonable quote, purchased
my specified light fixture and installed the fixture in no
